The project changes: how to scale housing up and down
Few projects end exactly when the plan said. The housing should follow without becoming a project of its own.

More people
Tell us as early as you can. We add beds in the same home when there is room, otherwise in a home nearby. Everyone ends up on the same contract and the same invoice.
Fewer people
You remove beds with one month's notice on monthly housing, and the invoice follows the headcount.
Longer
An extension is the simplest case: same home, same terms, one message to us.
Shorter
Project contracts have fixed dates. Monthly housing always has one month's notice. If the project ends early, we talk and sort it out.
