Per person per night, or per month: how to choose a pricing model
The price per person follows the same logic in all three models. The difference is how long you stay, how sure you are, and how often the need comes back.
Updated 18 October 2026
Project: fixed dates, price per person per night
Fits a fixed-term assignment from a few days up to a few weeks. The dates are in the contract, so no notice period is needed. Invoiced with VAT.
Monthly: ongoing housing, price per person per month
Fits when the crew stays from a month upwards and the end date may move. Always one month's notice. Stays of 30 nights or more are VAT-exempt.
Framework agreement: guaranteed capacity
Fits companies with recurring needs and several projects. Fixed price for the term, guaranteed capacity, one contact person, one consolidated invoice and first pick when new homes become available.
How to calculate
- Headcount × nights × price per person per night gives the project cost.
- For monthly housing: headcount × price per person per month.
- Add zero for prepayment, deposit or hidden fees. There are none.
- The VAT rate depends on the type of stay and is shown on the quote.
