What if the project gets shorter?
Project contracts have fixed dates. Monthly housing always has one month's notice. If the project ends early, we talk and sort it out.
Are there extra fees?
No. The price per person covers the home, the furniture, Wi-Fi, electricity, water and cleaning as agreed. No deposit and no prepayment.
Can we scale up or down along the way?
Yes. You add or remove beds with one month's notice, and the invoice follows the headcount.
