How fast can a crew move in?
For most projects we place a crew within days, not weeks. Send the work site, crew size, and dates and you get available homes plus a quote within 24 hours.
How close to the work site are the homes?
Every home we place a crew in sits within a 30 minute drive of a major Gothenburg work site: Volvo Torslanda, Mölnlycke Företagspark, Björröd logistics, Landvetter, and central Gothenburg.
What is included in each home?
Homes are fully equipped and move in ready: furnished rooms, an equipped kitchen, fast Wi Fi, linens and towels, in home or in building laundry, and work vehicle parking. Cleaning can be added for longer stays.
How does billing work for a whole crew?
One contract and one invoice for the whole crew, however many beds. No separate leases or deposits to chase. A single point of contact handles the entire stay.
Can we scale the number of homes up or down?
Yes. Contracts are flexible and scale with the project. Add homes as the crew grows or release them as the project winds down, with no long lock ins.
Do you work with framework agreements?
Yes. For recurring needs we set up a framework agreement so each new crew is housed on agreed terms without starting from scratch. It is how our long term industrial clients work with us.
