- Meet our legal obligations, such as bookkeeping.
Legal grounds
We rely on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (Article 6(1)(b)), to handle your housing inquiry.
- Our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and manage leads in our customer relationship system.
- Your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), for non-essential cookies.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), for bookkeeping and accounting records.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected:
- Booking inquiries and leads: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an agreement requires us to keep them longer.
- Account data: for as long as you keep your account; we delete it on request.
- Accounting and invoicing records: for the period required by applicable bookkeeping and tax legislation.
- Technical and security logs: only for as long as needed for security and error monitoring.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our providers process data in the United States.
